Design always caught my attention. Bad design caught it more. I need to fix bad design.

In college a popular pastime was to notice bad architecture, or bad graphic design, and announce, sarcastically, how hard they worked on it. Joking about it helped, but we did not understand why it happened. Then we graduated, and learned about budgets. Regulations. Codes. But still… it doesn’t have to be ugly, right?

My approach to DESIGN, whether building or painting or drawing or turning, is to simplify the PROBLEM behind it, then make it beautiful.
